How to take good care of your reusable period undies:
Soak
Soak the used undies in cold water first. It is essential for removing blood from all materials, not just cloth pads. Leave for at least 30 minutes.
Rinse
Rinse until the (cold) water runs clear after the soaking process. This way, most of the blood will be clean out from the fabric.
Wash
Wash with detergent. This will further help remove residues. You can wash your pad by hand, or in the washing machine along with other clothes.
Dry
Dry in direct sunlight (if possible). The heat from the sun can help prevent staining and is a natural sanitizer.

How do these pads stay in place?
How do I wash reusable cloth pads?
Cloth pads can be washed easily by hand or in the washing machine. You can soak the pads in cold water for 30 minutes before washing in up to a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.
Does cloth leak?
The outer layer (patterned layer) of our cloth pads has a special waterproof coating on the inside to prevent leaks.
Does cloth pads feel wet?
It provides higher absorbency levels than disposable pads and liners, so you don't have to worry about that sticky wet feeling during your period.
Is there anything I have to do before I start using the pad?
Like all new garments, especially underwear, you should wash new pads prior to using them.
