Frequently Asked Questions

Contact our hotline to have your questions answered immediately

How do these pads stay in place?

Our pads have wings which fold around your underwear and also fasted with a press button below. We recommend wearing well-fitted underwear whilst using our pads so it will fit snugly against your body.

How do I wash reusable cloth pads?

Cloth pads can be washed easily by hand or in the washing machine. You can soak the pads in cold water for 30 minutes before washing in up to a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.

Does cloth leak?

The outer layer (patterned layer) of our cloth pads has a special waterproof coating on the inside to prevent leaks.

Does cloth pads feel wet?

It provides higher absorbency levels than disposable pads and liners, so you don't have to worry about that sticky wet feeling during your period.

Is there anything I have to do before I start using the pad?

Like all new garments, especially underwear, you should wash new pads prior to using them.
