How many do I need?
This depends on how often you change them as well as if you use them by themselves. If you go through a few a day, you may want enough to last you a couple of days.
Can they be used for LBL?
Yes! Our pads are leak-free, odour-free, and perfect to capture any sweat or leaks, so you don't have to worry.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We offer several payment options, including credit cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa, JCB), Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please email us! At such time we will determine the best course of action, whether this be a refund, replacement, or return.
How do I track an order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. This email includes a tracking number and a link from Australia Post. Click on this link and you will be able to track your order.
How do I wash my pads?
Reusable pads can be hand washed or machine washed. Rinsing them in cold water before hand or machine washing helps to remove as much blood as possible and prevent stains. You can then toss them into the washing machine, run a gentle cycle with cold water, and hang to dry.
How long will my pads last?
The lifespan of pads will vary depending on how they are cared for. Generally, they will last for 6 months to 2 years. Pads are an intimate item and the threading may wear with use, but they will still absorb the same capacity over their lifespan.
