However gentle stretching can help to boost your mood, increase your energy levels, and stretch out tight muscles during your period. Just 10 mins of slow yoga can loosen up your muscles and help connect your mind and body.

Using safe products can make you feel comfortable and healthy during your period. As much as possible, avoid using disposable products that contain ingredients that can affect your body badly.
